Innovation, Human Centric approach, or the Systemic approach. Each report should be 1000 words and you
need to theoretically explain the concept and apply it to a real case. (2 total, 1000 words each). - For the real case, you need to find other articles describing HOW that specific company works in order to be
e.g. Dynamic or Ambidextrous, etc. SEARCH for literature on the Internet on the COMPANY AND the
PRINCIPLE you are to write about - Remember- you are to write about HOW THEY WORK, not what products they have come out with
- Do not use text from articles, without referring to them according to APA style (check the Internet if you don't
know what APA style is and how you refer according to this style IN TEXT and IN the REF LIST at the end of
your report (yes, you need to do both) - In the case you use a citation (quotation) from an article, e.g. "xxxxx", you need to always add page number,
eg (Teece et al., 1997, p: 397). You always write et al. when they are more than 2 authors. If they are two
authors you write, (O'Reilly and Tushman, 2014, p: 5) for a citation. These examples are how you write a
reference in your text.
