1. Choose a large company as your case, which typically has a physical presence and a web presence (for example Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury etc,.).
2. Analyse the company by looking at the physical store and what it offers in terms of productsand services to its customers, and how that differs from the web presence. You can either visit the store or conduct research on the physical store.
3. Develop a short questionnaire that you can use to ask at least 5 people about their experience of the website, its functionality and service provided. As well as any recommendations for improvement of the website and service provided.
4. Investigate the Business Model of the Case Company chosen, use the eight key elements to describe it.
5. Conduct a Market Analysis of the company
6. Evaluate the website. Use the eight unique characteristics of the internet and web technology
to evaluate the website.
