Early Childhood Programs

 

 

Students will be reading various parts of the book, Developmentally Appropriate Practice in
Early Childhood Programs, as part of a group (identified below). Each group will use their assigned section for
discussion during a dedicated portion of the weekly class Zoom meeting. Using the requirements particular to
each section, group members will share their findings in their discussion. To complete the activity, each student
will create a word document addressing one of these questions and upload to this location as soon as you can
but no later than Monday, 1/25:
How did your group conversation about your topic create new learning or new perspectives for you? Describe
in specific detail.
In what ways did your conversation enhance your current knowledge?
In what ways did your conversation create new goals for you in your future teaching?
