Interview two of the following personnel at a school level (elementary, middle, or secondary): a classroom teacher, a grade level/department/School Improvement Team (SIT) chair, a guidance counselor, and/or a school-site administrator. You will develop questions (typically 10 per person), designed to collect information regarding the faculty/staff members’ understanding of their roles as instructional leaders and how they personally use their knowledge of philosophy, psychology, curriculum, instruction, and assessment in their everyday work as leaders.
