Encrypting image using Reinforcement learning

  Encode one image and decode it (the model should be work with any image). 1- explain the methodology that used and support your info by good and new references 2- the code using python (jupyter)notebook 3- Test and Evaluate the models in several types(accuracy, loss, ....the image before encoding and after that). 4- explanation the results in more details.
