Environmental scan of an educational organization

conduct an environmental scan of an educational organization, specific program, or business entity using established strategic planning tools. The student will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Candidates will prepare scholarly 5-6 in length discussing the finds on the environmental scan and SWOT analysis. The organization is an elementary school grade PreK-4th grade.
