Part 2- Outbreaks of foodborne diseases 1) Go to the Food and Drug Admi​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​nistration (FDA) website and select Food. 2) Go to Recalls, Outbreaks and Emergencies and select Outbreaks of Foodborne Illness 3) From the list Outbreak Investigations by Year, pick one event and summarize it. Include: 1) What was the problem (disease, product, place)? 2) Who was at risk (susceptible groups)? 3) What restaurants and other vendors had to do? What was the advice for the consumers?
