  Discuss the following situation you have experienced. Consider a time during your nursing career where you experienced incivility or bullying . Reflect on the experience. How did you respond? How did you feel? How did you communicate your feelings about being bullied or facing incivility to the person? What was their reaction to your response or lack of response?
