Provide a detailed summary of what you typically eat and drink in 1 week. You should include the type of food, how much, where you obtain it from. Include all food from meals to snacks, to drinks. Also, include a summary of how much food you might waste. How much goes bad before you use it, do you take more for a meal but don’t eat all of it, etc. How much water do you drink? Where do you get your water from? How much do you waste?
