Is Foreign Aid Effective?
Since foreign aid is a hotly debated topic, there has been much written about it. In the policy brief, you will need to wade through the various arguments, determine the points of disagreement, describe the evidence, determine where you stand, and justify this position — all in three pages. Your references, however, can be on the fourth page.
