1) Select a leader/leadership topic of your choice. The leader or topic should be one that you will be able to perform adequate research to fulfill the requirements.
2) Provide a brief historical biography of the selected leader/topic that clarifies their background and views in areas such as ethics, cultural diversity, economic factors, legal issues, etc. If you have selected a topic, describe why the topic is of importance.
3) Analyze the leader/topic and provide pertinent information on leadership style, knowledge, skills, and abilities, etc.
4) Compare and contrast with what you have learned from your reading and support your work with research.
