Identify at least 2 health promotion recommendations that would be appropriate and realistic for this person. Describe at least 1 intervention specific to each of the above recommendations. Discuss how you could serve as a “Health Coach“ to the person if you were the APN. Address any specific considerations related to learning for an older adult (printable material, print size, timing or length of instructions, obtaining feedback, identifying if learning had occurred, etc.).
