Globalization and the Law

The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) place a particular responsibility on Business Enterprises including Multinational Corporations (MNCs). Critically assess the responsibility placed on MNCs and the actions required of them and comment on whether implementation of the requirements outlined in the UNGPs would have made any difference if they had been implemented in the context of ONE of the following three case studies discussed in the workshops.
