Graham v Florida, Miller v Alabama and Montgomery v Louisiana,

    In Graham v Florida, Miller v Alabama and Montgomery v Louisiana, the U.S. Supreme Court determined that when juveniles are transferred to adult court and potentially receive the same sentence as adults, there is a distinction for sentences of Life Without Parole (LWOP). What are your thoughts? If you do the crime, should you do the time?
