For this final product, students will create their own thought-provoking and stimulating thesis statements for an
essay that is composed of the following criteria:
1. A clear, effective introduction (Introduction and Conclusion)
2. An interesting counterargument (Counterclaim)
3. At least three well-structured body paragraphs (Selection of Evidence, Integration of Evidence, and
Organization).
4. A sensible conclusion (Introduction and Conclusion)
