Each student will be required to design an appropriate HAACP plan for a food item to show mastery of proper sanitation.
Each student is to pick one type of food item and design an appropriate HACCP plan describing the flow of the food item from receiving through service.
Please write up to 1 page explaining what HAACP is.
Too do this, pick any food item, and explain HAACP role as it moves from farm to plate.
