Appraise the strengths and weaknesses of the article. The authors identify two interventions to decrease disparities. Choose one of the interventions for my county. My county is Ellis County Texas. Identify the percentage of Blacks and Hispanics in Ellis County and discuss how to implement the intervention you chose in that county--support with evidence (atleast two recent articles or other resources). The intervention I chose is to local governments should work with trusted community-based organizations, including the faith based community, to help educate, test and trace, and provide necessary resources to Black and Hispanic residents.
