Evaluation of the One NYC Plan sustainability goal by accelerating conversions of residual heating oil boilers in buildings to natural gas
The goal is to edit the existing draft of a dissertation proposal that I’ve been working on for quite some time; address various comments that need to be addressed, add any relevant additional sources deemed ideal to make the proposal better, perform cost benefit analysis calculations relevant to the paper, calculate pareto optimality as described in the paper draft to determine the break even point of cost benefit analysis between replacing apartment building heating systems and any government subsidies required to incentivize replacement of apartment building heating systems, perform research to figure out the cost of replacing apartment building heating systems,
