In recent years, the idea of mindfulness has become popular, and many studies have demonstrated that adults have improved their physical and mental state significantly by learning mindfulness. Nowadays, children have to face upsetting homework, endless tests and exams, the pressure is very high and their emotions are also affected. However mindfulness among children’s age groups in Hong Kong is not popular. Is mindfulness also effective for them?

The objective of this essay is to explore the benefits of mindfulness for children in particular how mindfulness can improve their emotional problems.
