Situation Overview

Prior to your promotion to the Systems Analyst role, a series of interviews were conducted with staff in key areas that are in need of information systems review. The transcriptions of these interviews can be found below in the section Staff Interviews.
Your team’s task is to analyse the interview data, to report on the areas of concern with the current system and to recommend changes to be made. Your report must focus on the Enterprise Systems, E-Commerce, Decision Support Systems and Emerging Technologies aspects of the New Zealand Specialty Tours information systems.

Teams of Systems Analysts and their Operation
You are required to be a member of a team of Systems Analysts. The team is to consist of not more than four students. Students can select their team members and appoint a Team Leader.
