Conduct some research in order to identify examples of innovative benefit practices. A useful starting point is an Internet search using phrases such as “best companies to work for.” Find 2 companies that offer innovative benefits.
Write a minimum 400 word paper that includes the following:
Name of the company and brief background information about the company, i.e. what business are they in, how long have they’ve been in existence, how many employees, etc…
Describe what innovative benefits practice(s) they have.
Repeat the above for the second company
