Undertake research on 2 innovative organisations (Toyota and Tesla) 1. Introduction to the 2 organisations and their innovative end results 2. Map and critique the innovation space of the 2 organisations setting out existing practice (i.e. outputs/ outcomes). 3. Identify and critique the innovation capability of the 2 organisations (refer to archetype typology). 4. Select 1 organisation of the above and critically identify and describe the innovation management process employed in this organisation using Tidd and Bessant’s 4 step model (search, select, implement and capture) 5. Identify recommendations to improve the innovation strategy and innovation management of this one organisation. 6. Provide a brief conclusion to the innovation report assignment
