Write a porposal to The head of internal audit division 1. Develop a plan to initiat and implement training within the division of internal audit in a Bank 2. Make sure no use of external sources to conduct any sort of training. employees of the internal audit division are the only source helping each other by sharing their experties in internal auditing.. 3. Develpe a strategy to encorage everyone to participate either by becoming a a coatch or a trainee. 4. These trainings, sessions, and open discussions should not be longer than 1 hour. Because it will be held during working hours. 5. The advantages of initiating this project and what it could bring to The division. 6. Give a 15 examples of what Can be taught to others within the division. Especially the new joiners and younger generations. 7. All trainings and sessions should be related to The internal audit as a profession. For ex, staff who are expert at Excel they can hold a 1 hour sessions to teach a couple of tricks to other staff when conducting reconciliation on quantitative data. 8. The main purpose of this porposal is to explain to The boss on how to initate, how to encorage and how to implement the project of internal audit division self-training without the involvement of HR department or other departments. 9. Make sure to explain the variety of type of trainings that can be held, such as soft skills, Presentation Skills and technical skills. 10. And finally how these sessions can be fun, effective and Resourceful to The individual and the division as a whole. how this is time saving and money saving idea to The divio. And that can be shown in agraphically depicts the relationship between the cost and output over a defined period of time
