You are the new U.S. project manager of a company getting ready to conduct a project in the Thailand. This paper will summarize the country and address the environmental considerations listed in Larson Ch 15 (Legal/Political, Security, Geography, Economic, Infrastructure, and culture) and explain implications of the considerations toward international project management. Lastly, a Biblical approach to International Project Management is addressed throughout the paper.
