Italicize genus & species

Outdent first line of each entry using the indent controls at the top of the word processor page.
Alphabetize entries by last name of first author.
List all authors.
Scientific names: italicize genus & species, capitalize genus but not species name.
Capitalize only first word of paper title (and any proper names)
web of knowledge: Web of Science, Google Scholar and Pubmed
