Think about the different jobs for which you have applied. Select the job that had the most intensive recruitment
and selection process. As you are describing the process, be sure to use terminology used in the textbook and
cite the page number of where you found the term. Make sure you are citing it in APA format. Discuss whether
you thought the process was fair and your reasoning. If you would prefer not discussing your own experiences,
