You must include a narrative that indicates the degree to which you possess the KSA for each work example or accomplishment. Describe the situation, problem, or objective of the assignment, what was done, and the results obtained. Following the narrative, the applicant must indicate: The duration (date) of the activity, and the name and telephone number of a person who can verify the information provided, if available.
