• Create a new dir assignemnt4 under assignments as we did in the previous labs. Then create a
new html dir inside assignment4 dir.
Questions:
1- Do all instructions for setting up MySQL and setting up MySQL2 slides from lectures 3 and 7,
respectively?
2- Create the two tables in the database (Profile and User_codes).
3- Set the relationships between these 2 tables as required by the lectures.
4- Name the database studentid_db (e.g. sajak_db).
5- Once you are done, take a full screen shot for the database designer as shown in Figure 4 below.
Include the screen shot as an image in mydb.html then upload the file into the html dir.
