After reading through the slides pertaining to circumstantial evidence (slides 41-48), and reading the three Baden-Clay newspaper articles/watching the current affairs program, discuss whether you think the decision (verdict of guilt) was fair in all the circumstances. Do you think any of the evidence should have been excluded under ss 56, 55, 137, 138 or 139 of the Evidence Act 2008 (Vic)?
