Leaders’ ethical conduct

  In your opinion, can violent means be used in a responsible way, leading to a just peace? What would leaders’ ethical conduct have to look like to make this more likely, and does this differ for civilian bureaucracy leaders who cause violent outcomes too? Finally, in your opinion, would a more justly composed, diverse force conduct itself more ethically in the field of war, or in high civilian office?
