Identify and analyze at least one leadership theory or style that best aligns with an effective leader. Use that theory or style (or theories or styles) and analyze it strengths and weaknesses in regards to leadership.

Summarize how the reserach concepts and information of leadership will guide continued leadership development and how to apply them in practice.
