Critically discuss the major differences and similarities between situational and transformational leadership and
explain what approach would be most appropriate to be used at a project team level in a very large business
analytics organisation drawing on organisational examples.
The question asks you to ‘critically discuss’ the issue so it is important that you present a theoretically informed
argument to support your position on the topic. This means that you may agree or disagree with the statements
