We cannot learn without getting a feedback because this is the only way for us to know if we are getting close
to the goal or we are executing properly, we get more motivated to complete tasks if we have a challenging
goal or we receive feedback (Kouzes and Ponser, 2017). According to Stefano, Gino and Pisano they did a
research for arithmetic brain teaser and the participants who did it and then reflected on their strategy for
solving it, they did 18% better in a second round than the others who didn’t put time to reflect.
I have received a feedback from Henrietta to try avoiding the descriptive writing style and instead aim to
highlight the strengths and weaknesses of approaches or concepts. Which is a major problem because all the
modules have a discussion form and this problem will affect my grades.
Do you agree that people in general need to be more open for accepting feedback in the workplace or
anywhere else?
