Leaderships vision and mission

Examine the way successful leaders view the job of the leader in the context of creating a vision, mission and strategic thinking within an organization. You will do extensive research on a leader with a focus on primary source material (interviews, speeches, legal documents, eyewitness accounts, statistical data, and audio or video recordings). The research should focus on gaining an understanding of the leader’s perspective on leadership and the job of the leader. You will describe how the leader views the job of a leader today. You must demonstrate a detailed analysis of the following • Identify the leader; • Identify how the leader views the role of the leader; • Discuss how the leader approaches vision and mission creation; • Discuss how the leader seeks to implement the vision and mission within the business; • Discuss and explain how the leader develops his or her organization to cultivate leaders and its talents; • Explain how the leader use strategic thinking to arrive at decisions and create a future for the organization     describe how the leader views the job of a leader today.
