You have been assigned a certain type of companies (see below) and you are requested to give us a presentation in class on Monday July 8th 2019.
Your presentation should cover the following points:
- The definition of your assigned company. (provide one general definition plus the definition in Saudi companies law, make a comparison between them)
- The special features of your assigned company. (Examples are preferred)
- The legal rules of your assigned company. (Use the website of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment to do this- click the link below for the Arabic source and I have posted an English version of the law on Blackboard FYI)
