Purpose: your letter must have a clear persuasive argument, must use rhetorical choices appropriate to your audience, must follow standard formal letter design and must make use of appropriate evidence To support your argument. At least one form of primary evidence( survey, interviews, etc) should be used. Your paper should be a minimum of 2 pages (600 words) in length.
