Propose how you would develop and maintain the commitment and cooperation of your employees. (1800 words)

Aims
The purpose of this assignment is to enable you to develop and demonstrate:
1. Critical understanding of the concepts, principles and practice of human resource management.
2. Critical evaluation of the importance of the management of people in organisations.
3. Appropriate approaches to the management of human resources.
