Manufacturing processes

Choose one of the processes below and then to choose a product primarily
made by that process

1. All the manufacturing processes involved in making the product
   a. Describe/explain the manufacturing processes
   b. Include reasons why these processes are the right ones to make the product
2. All the raw materials typically used to make the product
3. Discuss the machines used in the processes that make the product, and how they work
4. Discuss the financial aspects of manufacturing. (Is it expensive to make? Ideal for high output rate applications?
5. Include a picture of the product
6. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this process.
   Students can investigate and write about the same process, but not the same product.
   You may also pick your own process.
