There are numerous factors associated with staffing systems that contribute to the system's effectiveness. The use of metrics to assess staffing performance has risen greatly in the past years. Research and summarize three metrics that you find the most helpful in assessing staffing performance and describe the circumstances/scenario (i.e. what type of organization) in which these metrics would work best.
