Task:
1. Using Gibbs Reflective Cycle reflect on your own lesson plan and micro-teaching video.

2. Critically evaluate the teaching and learning strategies used in a peer’s micro-teaching YouTube video. (link below)

• Identify areas of strength & areas for improvement
• Use the research literature to make suggestions for how to improve
• Identify any ethical issues which need to be considered.
• Headings should be used to identify ‘Part 2’ and each stage of the Gibbs Reflective Cycle.

Part 2. Peer evaluation
Select a peer’s micro-teaching video (https://youtu.be/q7IKVw6dV14). The educational topic should be different to your own and made clear to the assessor. Headings can be used within this essay indicating ‘Part 1’.
