Mirror Nuerons

Discuss how mirror neurons behave in response to our perception of biological motion, as well as when we
behave ourselves.
You’ll have to find a couple of outside resources (one professional, one peer-reviewed & empirical) to 1.
Identify what mirror neurons are and where they are located in the brain. 2. Describe how mirror neurons
behave when we watch people in action. How is this similar and/or different to what mirror neurons do when we
take action ourselves? 3. Discuss why mirror neurons are important. Specifically, identify what significance
there is to our brains responding to another’s behavior
