selected department or governmental entity.
Be sure to include the following:
Develop a model for a departmental multi-year strategic financial plan.
Include new financial assumptions and/or options, management controls, ethical standards, and performance
evaluation guidelines.
Develop new recommendations and conclusions.
Synthesize all changes, amendments, modifications, and corrections based upon new data, theories,
budgetary systems, and financial plans and findings.
Support your paper with a minimum of seven resources. In addition to these specified resources, other
