a. What is Bella’s Bench Press Weight Ratio and fitness categorization based on this?
b. If Bella’s goal was to improve muscular strength how many reps should she complete and at what weight range? Use the outlines in GETP, 11th Edition.

3. What considerations would you have when selecting a true 1-RM assessment or using a multiple-RM assessment with a client?

Post-Activity:
1. Discuss some variables that could influence a person’s results in muscular fitness assessments (this could also be considered interpretation issues).

2. Discuss considerations you would have in selecting machines or free-weights for use in a muscular fitness assessment with a client.

3. Complete a 3 – 2 – 1 reflection for this week’s activities. (3) things you learned. (2) things you need to practice. (1) lingering question or stand out point.
