  A. You must attend a live performance of your choice THIS SEMESTER or you may do a critique or summary of my virtual music tour of Austria or Italy. Your paper should be a summary and critique of the live performance. 1. Describe the concert environment: appearance of the hall, performers, audience, etc. 2. Make general music observations: number and types of instruments used. 3. Include music observations, such as the dates of the compositions, historical periods, information about the composers, etc. 4. Provide general reactions to the concert.
