My Pilgrimage

Pilgrimage is not unique to Islam nor is it unique to religious life. There are such things as 'secular' pilgrimage in that we all have a desire to make a journey to some geographical area to which we prepare for a while, once we get there we follow certain rituals that are associated with the place and after which we feel somehow 'changed.' Write a three-page paper describing your pilgrimage, where you have gone (or would like to go) why you would/did you go there? At what cost? What would/did you do once you got there? And how did/would you change after the experience?
