Critically review academic sources on your chosen topic and identify relevant theories, concepts and findings from available academic research. Supplement your review of the main chosen topic with a review of academic sources on another topic covered in the module (so perception, misbehaviour, teams and teamwork, motivation). If you wish, you can also choose one of the two remaining main topics as your supplementary topic, e.g. leadership (main topic) with culture change (supplementary topic). Analyse a company of your choice (so your case study company) using the relevant theories, concepts and findings from your review of the academic research. Give relevant, well supported, practical and future-oriented recommendations for the chosen company. The assignment should consist of two parts: Part 1.
