Berry (1998) defines organisational designs as the formal structure that specifies the relationship between individuals in group. The structure specifies what should be done by the individuals and the relationships between the individuals. You are require to choose one organisation that you are familiar of. Critically discuss the organisational structure based on the following : 1. The types of organisational structure implemented by the organisation; 2. The organisational design : Traditional or Contemporary; 3. How does the structure affected the organisation’s efficiency; 4. Recommendations based on problems or issues highlighted.
