Questions: 1. List two advantages and disadvantages of job specialization. What aspects of Taylorism (as described in the Unit III Lesson) have you encountered in any jobs you have had? 2. Self–leadership is considered a critical practice in the workforce. Do you agree? Why or why not? 3. Identify one of each individual, team, and organizational-level performance-based rewards that would motivate you, and explain why. 4. Explain the job characteristics model, and share a related personal experience that links to one or more of the characteristics.
