On February 11, 2018 the first confirmed case of Mers-CoV attend to ER of KSMC and isolate him in ICU isolation after the test of PCR is positive, then transfer him to PMH. On March 7, 2018, the Field of Epidemiological training program (FETP) notified by 8 confirmed cases in King Saud Medical City with different comorbidity, and later during investigation we find other case in king Khaled hospital university has relation to king Saud medical city, we get confirmation of the outbreak through contact to general directorate of infection control at ministry of health (GDIPC) and King Saud Medical City (KSMC) and Through HESSEN program.

• To identify the infection control department of facility’s role in detection, transmission, contamination and follow up of cases.
