Performance Evaluation 2 contains guidelines for self evaluation on: Teamwork, Planning & Organization, Client Orientation, Continuous Learning and Technological Awareness Performance Evaluation 3 contains guidelines for self evaluation on managerial competencies in the areas of: Managing Performance and Empowering Others.
